What a TMS costs in Thailand: per trip vs per month

Four pricing models exist in the Thai market. Only some vendors publish numbers; this page lists what was published on each vendor's own site, with the date it was checked.

The four models

  • Per trip (usage): you pay for the trips you run. Turboo: ฿30 a trip with unlimited users on the Operate plan; Control ฿6,000/month + ฿30/trip; Optimise ฿9,000/month + ฿60/trip + ฿300/truck/month; Enterprise by quote. Prices exclude 7% VAT.
  • Per month per user or truck (SaaS licence): NOSTRA LOGISTICS describes SaaS pricing per user/truck per month or year; no THB figures are published on its site (checked 2026-10-19).
  • Per month per package: Skyfrog publishes "7,500–30,000 THB/month" for its TMS licence with a maximum of 30 driver licences per plan and a one-year minimum contract (skyfrog.net, prices marked "updated 2026").
  • Free tier + enterprise quote: 360TECHX advertises a free TMS Basic and an Enterprise tier by contact; no THB price is published on its homepage.
  • On-premise: NOSTRA describes a project-based licence plus a yearly maintenance contract and customisation fees.

A worked example

A fleet running 1,500 trips a month on Turboo Operate pays 1,500 × ฿30 = ฿45,000 a month, with as many dispatchers, sales and CS users as it likes. The same fleet on a 30-driver monthly licence pays the licence whether it runs 1,500 or 800 trips. Per-trip pricing follows the season; a licence is predictable. Both can be right — the question is whether your volume is steady.

What else to budget

  • Implementation and training: Turboo starts from an Excel import on day one; Skyfrog states deployment "1–2 weeks after confirmation"
  • Integrations: Turboo's open API and webhooks are included on every plan; ERP work is project-based for every vendor
  • Hardware: GPS units are optional when drivers use their phones; Turboo's GPS module is ฿300 per truck per month
  • Minimum terms: Skyfrog states a one-year minimum; Turboo has no minimum term on per-trip plans
